A digital solution to a problem is no longer enough (and never was). Your users expect a pleasant, easy experience that meets their expectations. The first question I would ask you is, "What's wrong with your current solution?"
The purpose of a usability audit or study is to assess the current state of your product or service, to measure the current satisfaction of your users, and to summarise it in order to improve the product.
Heuristic evaluation, user tests, interviews.
Report and recommendations.
In order to understand your audience, it's a good idea to map your users' journey and thus enable you to detect points of friction and possible loss of traffic or conversion.
Analysis of analytical data, representation of the user path, user testing.
Report and recommendations.
UX Design is based on a methodology similar to the scientific approach, i.e. an approach based on demonstration: the hypotheses and convictions at the beginning of the project are confirmed or invalidated by experimentation (user tests, measurement of analytics) with a view to learning.
The concept is thus improved by iteration ("test and learn").
Following a Customer/User Journey Analysis, an optimisation of the latter is possible. A solution is defined in the form of a prototype which is tested by users to confirm its potential for progress and differentiation before launching development (reducing budgetary risks and development review time). All the elements of a high definition prototype are translated into a Style Guide, which is the detailed UI and UX specifications to facilitate development.
Competitive benchmarking, opportunity research, UX Business model alignment, wireframes, prototyping (low definition to high definition clickable prototypes), user testing.
Report and recommendations, delivery of graphic assets, writing of a Style Guide or sharing of the Design System file (Figma, Adobe XD), access to the HDEF prototype.
All the elements of a high definition prototype are broken down into a Design System to facilitate the appropriation of the assets by the developers, to ensure that the consistency of the system is maintained and also to allow the developers to generate their own screens while respecting the defined solution.
Assets inventory, preparation and organisation of files.
Share the Design System file according to your internal software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
In the case of less complex projects with a certain degree of urgency, it is interesting to rely on thenew No-code tools. By selecting the most suitable, ergonomic, intuitive and functional tools thanks to the integration of third-party services, a project can be developed and put into production very quickly.
Platform development, third-party service configuration.
Access to the app development platform.
My experience as a team leader allows me to follow a project through to completion and to ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the UX specifications defined with the client. I also provide regular quality reviews, support the technical teams and take over the complete management of the project at the client's request.
Design Thinking proves that a creative, human-centred approach to problems offers the promise of new, more effective and compelling solutions, more relevant and emotional experiences that strengthen customer loyalty. Be accompanied by an Experience Designer in order to succeed in this process.
In order to develop your business, your business is mapped in the form of a service blueprint representingall of your company's solutions and processes. By studying your customers' expectations and the services offered by your competitors, we define a new value proposition together. A new Service Blueprint is then proposed.
Mapping of the current Blueprint service and customer journey, analysis of customer feedback, competitive benchmarking, definition of a UX Business model, new customer journey, new Blue-Print Service.
Report.
In order to understand the real needs and expectations of a group of users, observations of them and individual interviews make it possible to define a typical profile in the form of Personas. Each Persona is completed by a specific user journey. These paths will bring out new business opportunities.
Exploratory research, field observations, interviews, analysis, definition of personas and their user paths.
Report and recommendations.
From the idea to the development, the validation of your hypotheses is essential to ensure its return on investment. Thanks to a study of future users and the definition of a customer/user path, I define a prototype that is quickly tested by real users. This way, the market potential of the project is confirmed or not in order to pivot immediately or launch the development. My approach allows you to reduce the budgetary risks and time wasted on heavy development revisions.
Competitive benchmarking, opportunity research, wireframes, prototyping (low definition to high definition clickable prototypes), user testing, delivery of graphic assets, drafting of a Style Guide.
Report and recommendations, delivery of graphic assets, writing of a Style Guide or sharing of the Design System file (Figma, Adobe XD), access to the HDEF prototype.
Relying on thecollective intelligence of your teams to solve your problems is an excellent lever. In workshops, your internal teams build solutions together and feel all the more involved and motivated in using them.
Kick-off, creativity warm-up, setting the context, brainstorming activities, facilitation, weighting of solutions.
Report from the workshop.
The services are carried out in project mode (I adapt to your internal management: waterfall, Agile or Lean UX) and in close collaboration with you and your team.
I recommend a weekly project review while remaining attentive to your needs throughout the day.
Let's discuss your issues and needs together to define our collaboration and ensure the success of your project.
